This is a major accomplishment for Dangote, Nigeria and Africa in general after many of the plans of the refinery had to be delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the nation experiencing some major economic challenges arising from the global effects of the economic affairs, which delayed the completion of the facility which was supposed to be commissioned in 2022.
