Some unknown gunmen have reportedly kidnapped Ibrahim Ma’aji, the Special Adviser to Governor Bello Mattawalle on political affairs.
Reports obtained by Naija News on Saturday revealed that Ma’aji was abducted this morning at his house in the Mareri area in Gusau town, the state capital.

A relative of the abductee, Mohammed Ahmed, told reporters that the assailants were yet to reach out to them since the morning when the governor’s aide was taken away.

“The bandits are yet to call any of the family members to demand ransom.

“We have been calling his phone number, and it was ringing, but nobody answers,” The PUNCH quoted the source saying.

The state command of the Nigeria Police Force is yet to release any official statement with respect to the attack as of reporting time
