Kwara United Unveils 18 New Players Ahead Of New NPFL Season



Kwara United Football Club on Friday in Ilorin unveiled 18 new players ahead of the 2018 / 2019 Nigeria Professional
Football League season.



Among the new players are : Oki Olaoluwa from Kwara United Feeders Team ; Kehinde Olajuyin from Ekiti United ; and Yusuf Muhammad from Kano Pillars .

Others are: Kenneth Okoli from Ifeanyi United; Muhammad Hussaini from Katsina United ; and Sunday Emmanuel from Sunshine Stars Football Club .

At the unveiling ceremony, the chairman of Kwara United Football Club , Oladimeji Thompson , said the new players were carefully recruited, based on their good track records and in line with ideals and philosophy of the club’s founding fathers .

Thompson , who explained that 13 players were retained from the crop of players who featured last season, called on the new players to support the vision of the Club.

The Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development , Alhaji Muideen Alalade , said the state government had invested
huge money on Kwara United Football Club to enable it to make the state proud
