Manchester United fans target Bailly & Ashley Young for poor displays Against PSG

Manchester United faced PSG in the second leg of their Champions League tie on Wednesday.

United travelled to the Parc des Princes with a huge mountain to climb.

Thanks to goals from Presnel Kimpembe and Kylian Mbappe at Old Trafford, United needed to score at least two in Paris to stand any chance of qualifying for the quarter-finals.

Man United would also have to overcome their deficit without several key stars.

Paul Pogba could not feature on Wednesday after picking up a red card in the reverse fixture.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side would also be without the likes of Anthony Martial, Juan Mata, Jesse Lingard, Nemanja Matic and Ander Herrera due to injury.

Bailly & Young struggle vs PSG

Despite the injuries and suspensions, Man United got off to a dream start.

Romelu Lukaku put United 1-0 up inside just two minutes of the second leg.

However, PSG would be quick to reply with Juan Bernat making it 1-1 in the 12th minute.

Lukaku would once again give Man United the lead in the 30th minute, capitalising on a Gianluigi Buffon mistake.

While United did retake the lead in Paris, their defence did not look at all comfortable.

Particularly down the right-hand side, which was being covered by Ashley Young and Eric Bailly.

Bailly would be subbed off in the 36th minute. If OGS did this due to an injury or because of his poor display it is not known.
