Manchester United Legend Wayne Rooney And Wife’s New 40-Acres Home Under Construction

Mega-home will boast a five-a-side football pitch, a luxury underground pool and gym complex, a hi-tech cinema room, a garage that parks six cars and stables enough for 14 horses.

WAYNE ROONEY’S new £20million Cheshire mansion continues to take shape ahead of his big move. SunSport reported last month how the cranes and bulldozers had been brought in to get his mega-home in the countryside off the ground.
Now the roof is nearly close to being put on the Everton striker’s dream house, which is surrounded by 40 acres of land.

And there will be plenty to keep him and wife Coleen – plus their four sons Kai, eight, Klay, four, Kit, two, and recent arrival Cass – occupied.

The plush pad will have six bedrooms, a luxury underground pool and gym complex, a hi-tech cinema room, a garage that parks six cars, stables enough for 14 horses and even a football pitch.

And the three-storey mansion will also include an orangery, snooker room and wine cellar – and not forgetting two fishing lakes.

Rooney, Manchester United and England’s all-time top goalscorer, is currently living in the millionaire’s village Prestbury.

He bought the 20-acre plot with five-bedrooms and immediately knocked it down to replace it with his own design.

His current three-storey pad was completed in 2005 and boasts a swimming pool, gym, Jacuzzi, football pitch and even its own cinema.

But Rooney only managed to win his battle to have a five-a-side pitch at his new gaff back in January.
