Salah Apologises to Watford Goalkeeper After Scoring Him 4 Times

Liverpool forward, Mohamed Salah has apologised to Watford’s goalkeeper, Orestis Karnezis, after scoring four times in his club’s 5-0 win.

BT Sport wrote on its official Twitter handle that, “Mohammed Salah apologised to Watford goalkeeper after sticking four past him.”

 

 

The Egypt international is now ahead of the injured Tottenham’s Harry Kane in the race for the Premier League’s Golden Boot.

He scored twice in each half, and provided the assist for Roberto Firmino’s expertly taken goal.

Salah has now scored 36 goals in all competitions this season, surpassing Fernando Torres’ record for a Liverpool player in their debut season.

Salah embraced the Watford goalkeeper before apologising to him.
