With T-Shirts Branded With His Picture, Super Eagles Players Offer Support To Carl Ikeme As He Battles Leukemia
Super Eagles players and coach, yesterday rocked T-Shirts with one of the team’s goalkeepers, Carl Ikeme’s face on it in a show of support for him as he battles Leukemia.
Carl revealed in July that he had been diagnosed with Leukemia, cancer of the blood and has begun chemotherapy.
The Super Eagles players who are in Nigeria fora match against Cameroon on Friday, September 1st, rocked the T-Shirt during a press conference.
A very kind gesture from the super eagles, I am sure goalkeeper Carl Ikeme will be grateful for their support.
We wish him a speedy recovery.
