Chelsea ended a five-game winless streak with a crucial 3-1 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers at Stamford Bridge, climbing back into the Premier League’s top four.

Tosin Adarabioyo put Chelsea ahead in the first half, but a costly error from goalkeeper Robert Sanchez allowed Matt Doherty to equalize for Wolves just before the break. This mirrored recent disappointments where Chelsea had squandered first-half leads against Fulham, Crystal Palace, and Bournemouth.

However, the Blues showed resilience and character in the second half. Marc Cucurella restored the lead, followed by a quickfire goal from Noni Madueke to seal the victory.

The win was particularly significant for Chelsea, who were missing key players like Enzo Fernndez, Romeo Lavia, and Levi Colwill due to injury.

This victory provides a much-needed boost for Enzo Maresca’s side as they continue their push for a top-four finish in the Premier League.
