Amid the transfer nightmare engulfing Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen; Super Eagles players, Ahmed Musa and Stanley Nwabali, have rallied around in a show of support to the team’s top striker.
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) current best player has been in a frozen state with his current club, having been unable to seal his transfer moves either to England or Saudi Arabia.

Osimhen‘s desire to leave the Italian club and his unsuccessful transfer deals resulted in his cold state with Napoli.

Naija News reported that the Super Eagles striker has been removed from Napoli’s squad.

Super Eagles former captain, Ahmed Musa, advised Osimhen to remain strong. He encouraged him to remain steadfast in his goal.

“I know you to be a fighter. We all came from having almost nothing to becoming who we are today. Eyes on the prize, focus on your end goal. I believe in you champ,” Musa wrote on his X handle on Sunday.

On his part, South Africa’s Chipper United Goalkeeper encouraged Osimhen to remain strong amid criticisms.

“All great Legends and all Hall Of Fame fighters have their storylines. Good, bad and worst kind of views from people who have no idea what the real story is and what it takes. I would define a myth as a story that has survived. VO9,” Super Eagles Goalkeeper wrote on his X handle on Sunday.
