Kwara United unveiled 17 new players earlier today, August 22, in preparation for the upcoming 2024-2025 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.
The unveiling event took place at the NPFL club’s secretariat in Ilorin.

Notable additions to the squad include Ifeanyi Ogba, Oyeleso Suraj, and Akani Akeem, bringing the total squad size to 35 players.

The NPFL club recently concluded a training camp in Ikenne and Yenagoa. They will continue their preparations in Ilorin.

Lobi Stars Place Price Tag On Stanley Oganbor

Lobi Stars are open to selling forward Stanley Oganbor for $50,000 amid interest from European clubs.

The NPFL side are standing firm on their valuation of the player, who was a key member of the club last season, scoring six goals in 36 league appearances. If no suitable offers arise, Oganbor may continue with Lobi Stars.

Plateau United Sign 11 Players

Plateau United have finalized the signing of 11 new players for the upcoming NPFL season.

The new additions, sourced from various clubs, aim to strengthen the team as they intensify preparations for the new season, set to commence on Saturday, August 31.

Enyimba sign more players

Enyimba have also bolstered their squad with the addition of three new players – Moses Adukwu, Anita Chigozie, and Asibe Nathaniel.

The players have joined the team from different clubs, and this strengthening of the squad follows the departure of several key players at the end of the previous season.
