Manchester City’s woes continued as they surrendered a three-goal lead to draw 3-3 against Feyenoord in the Champions League.

The Citizens looked to be cruising to victory after a dominant first half, with Erling Haaland scoring two goals, including a penalty, and Ilkay Gundogan adding a third. However, a series of defensive errors and a late surge from Feyenoord turned the game on its head.

Josko Gvardiol, a recent high-profile signing, was at fault for two of Feyenoord’s goals, highlighting the defensive frailties that have plagued City in recent weeks. The Croatian defender’s mistakes allowed the Dutch side to score three goals in the final 15 minutes of the game.

This disappointing result leaves City in a precarious position in their Champions League group. They will need to improve their defensive performance significantly if they want to progress to the knockout stages.

The draw against Feyenoord comes after a series of poor results for City, including a heavy defeat to Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League. Pep Guardiola’s side will need to regroup quickly and find a solution to their defensive problems.
