Co-produced by Pharrell, the track weaves themes of community resilience, shared joy, and international connection into a high-energy anthem.
The newly released visuals take these themes straight to the streets, capturing authentic community life through vivid street style and kinetic movement. Young people take center stage throughout the video, featuring kids playing football between residential blocks and street dancers taking over cobblestone steps.
Kidjo anchors the visual project with a series of bold fashion statements. In one scene, the Beninese icon steps out in custom dark denim adorned with metallic hardware, safety pins, and floral brooches, paired with black sunglasses, stacked gold chokers, and a structured headwrap. She later transitions into a sleek burgundy leather suit paired with platform loafers. Pharrell joins her on-screen in bright yellow sunglasses and a crisp white tee as he delivers his guest verses.
The release marks another high point in a historic year for Kidjo. She recently became the first African musician to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, honoring a four-decade career dedicated to introducing African culture to global audiences.
