The just concluded Paris Fashion Week definitely got a heavy dose of Naija drip. Blaqbonez and Young Jonn came through and understood the assignment. From the moment they touched down in the City of Lights, it was clear they were not just there to take pictures but they came to shut it down.

The energy was high at the different showcases, from Louis Vuitton to Feng Chen Wang to Amiri and Blue Marble shows, Chocolate City starts Blaqbonez and Young Jonn came with signature unpredictable fits and wild texture that make them one of one. Jiggy brought the cool, clean lines, subtle luxury and effortless calm. All eyes were on them everywhere they went in Paris.

But beyond the outfits, this was about presence. Two African artists standing tall in global fashion spaces, repping the culture stylish, confident and completely in the room.

Blaqbonez and Jiggy had the timelines buzzing all week, the internet could not keep up. People were not just talking about what they wore, they were talking about how they made it look easy.

At the end of the day, this was not just another fashion moment. It was a culture shift. Two artists from this side showing the world that we belong in every room, not just in music but in fashion, art and everywhere influence is created.
