Inter Milan has officially announced the signing of Brazilian forward Luis Henrique from French Ligue 1 side Olympique de Marseille. While the financial terms and contract length were not officially disclosed by the club, Italian media reports indicate the 23-year-old has committed to a five-year deal running until 2030, in a transfer worth €23 million, potentially rising to €25 million with add-ons.
Luis Henrique, who began his professional journey at Botafogo before joining Marseille in 2020, made 108 appearances for the French club. He showcased impressive form in the recently concluded 2024/25 season, netting nine of his 11 goals for Marseille as they secured a second-place finish in Ligue 1.
The acquisition comes as Inter Milan looks to strengthen its squad following a season that saw them finish second in Serie A behind champions Napoli and suffer a 5-0 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League final last month.
The Nerazzurri are set to participate in the upcoming Club World Cup, with their campaign kicking off on June 17th against Mexico’s Monterrey in Los Angeles. They will then face Urawa Red Diamonds and River Plate in Seattle as part of the tournament.
