The event formed part of the brand’s Love Always On Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, aimed at supporting children, families, and underserved communities through impactful engagements and educational empowerment.

Beyond the celebrations, itel distributed stationery materials and food items to pupils and teachers in attendance, reinforcing the brand’s dedication to community support and child development. The winner of the Miss Children’s Day Pageant was also rewarded with the itel City 200 smartphone in recognition of her confidence, creativity, and outstanding performance.

Speaking during the event, itel’s ATL Marketing Manager, Dolapo Olorun-nimbe said the initiative reflects the brand’s enduring commitment to inspiring children and creating meaningful experiences for communities.

“At itel, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to dream, create, and become their best selves. This initiative goes beyond celebration; it is about inspiring confidence, creativity, and learning while giving back to the communities that continue to support our brand,” he said.

Also speaking at the event was the brand’s Digital Marketing Specialist, Preye Campbell, who reaffirmed itel’s dedication to sustaining impactful CSR initiatives across Nigeria.

“We are intentional about creating experiences that go beyond visibility. Through initiatives like this, we continue to strengthen our connection with communities while contributing positively to the lives of children and families,” Campbell stated.

The event featured a variety of entertaining and educational activities, including dancing competitions, quiz sessions, puzzles, painting exercises, musical performances, a colourful March Past parade, and the Miss Children’s Day Pageant, creating a memorable experience for the participating children while reinforcing itel’s promise of delivering a better experience for all.
