Grammy Award winner Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun professionally known as Wizkid has officially announced the release date for his highly anticipated 6th studio album Morayo.
Wizkid announced the date for Morayo release via the the insta-stories section of his verified page on the photo and video sharing platform, Instagram today, Spetember 2nd, 2024.
Recall that singer Wizkid who is expecting 5th child with his partner Jada P dropped a teaser of the forthcoming project “Morayo” a few days ago.
Yesterday, September 1st 2024, singer Wizkid via the insta-stories section of his official Instagram page said that he would have an announcement by 1PM on Monday September 2nd 2024.
However, Wizkid. the “Essence” crooner stuck to his promise and by extension disclosed that his forthcoming album “Morayo” will be released on October 1st, 2024.
According to Wizkid, his forthcoming album, Morayo will be released on October 1st, 2024 which happens to be Nigerian Independence Day. He says;
“On the day of Independence, the truth shall set us free, RRR (Real Recognize Real”.
