Former Adamawa State Governor Mohammed Bindow has officially rejoined the All Progressives Congress (APC) following his departure from the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

Bindow completed his re-registration as an APC member at his ward in Mubi, Adamawa State. He was received by party leaders, political associates, supporters, and well-wishers, with Mubi APC Chairman Alhaji Ahmadu Guruja witnessing the exercise alongside a crowd of party faithful.

Speaking on his return, the former governor stated that his decision followed extensive consultations with key political associates and stakeholders. He noted that the move was guided by his belief in party discipline and his opposition to internal actions that undermine political platforms.

Bindow revealed that he consulted Vice President Kashim Shettima, whom he described as a brother and close associate, before finalizing his return. He also cited a recent meeting with President Bola Tinubu, describing the interaction as warm and noting that the President expressed satisfaction with his return to the ruling party.
