According to Argentine, who was speaking in a pre-pre-match press conference ahead of his first competitive game against Manchester City at Stamford Bridge.

He said,

“I am not gonna comment on Atléti and Napoli players. The club knows exactly what I think and hopefully before the window shuts we can bring in some more players”.

He also spoke about the situation with Conor Gallagher who recently returned from Spain after his transfer to Atletico Madrid stalled due to some uncertainties.

“Conor is back. He is training apart. He is doing some medical tests and training. He won’t be involved for this game vs Man City because he is trying to find a solution.â€

The future of Gallagher has been uncertain since he rejected a two-year deal with an option to extend which was offered to him by Chelsea.
