Young global leader and youth advocate Jace Owie, alongside international partners and young leaders from across the world, has joined launching the America Global Relations Foundation programs and new initiative focused on youth empowerment, peacebuilding, talent development, and career mentorship for young people across the United States around the world.
The programs were officially introduced in May 2nd during an online international peace and nation-building conference hosted in New York City by Jace Owie and several young leaders from different parts of the world. The virtual event brought together youth advocates, professionals, peace ambassadors, educators, and emerging leaders who discussed the importance of supporting young people through mentorship, innovation, and opportunities that can help shape a better future.
As part of its first major youth empowerment initiative, the America Global Relations Foundation has now launched a completely free 3-month Talent Mentorship and Career Mentorship Program for American youths, running from May till December 2026.
According to Jace Owie, the program was created following extensive research conducted by the organization, which revealed that many talented young people in America and across the globe are gradually giving up on their dreams and abilities due to lack of proper guidance, mentorship, encouragement, and career support systems.
The mentorship program is designed to help young people who feel stuck, discouraged, or uncertain about how to grow and advance in their talents, skills, and career aspirations. Participants will receive coaching, mentorship, guidance, leadership support, and practical development opportunities aimed at helping them unlock their full potential and become more confident in pursuing their goals.
Speaking during the launch, Jace Owie emphasized the importance of investing in young people and helping them realize the value of their talents and abilities and he also spoke about a new designed to raise volunteers for the elder named the Hands for the Elderly initiative, were young people passionately interested in volunteering can now assist Elderly persons who need a helping hand the most.
The America Global Relations Foundation believes that empowering young people with the right support system can contribute greatly toward building a more peaceful, productive, and youth-driven society.
